Your wedding date is secured once I have received your signed bridal contract and £75 non-refundable booking fee. Until both have been received, your date will remain available to other enquiries.

Your final invoice will be sent at the beginning of your wedding month, and payment is due 48 hours before your wedding day.

Yes! Every bridal booking includes a bridal preview. This gives us the opportunity to create your perfect bridal look together before your wedding day.

Bridal previews are usually held around 8–12 weeks before your wedding at my Brampton Grange. Appointments are available Monday to Friday.

Absolutely! In fact, I'd expect it. Your bridal preview is there to help us discover exactly what you love (and what you don't). Whether you'd like softer eyes, fuller lashes, more glow or a different lip colour, we'll make those adjustments so you feel like the best version of yourself on your wedding day.

My aim is always for you to leave your preview feeling excited and confident about your bridal makeup. If you do decide not to proceed afterwards, your booking fee will remain non-refundable and any cancellation will be handled in line with your signed contract.

Booking fees are non-transferable. If your wedding date changes, I'll always do my best to accommodate your new date, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

You're welcome to add additional makeup services where availability allows. Bridal party numbers can be reduced up to 60 days before your wedding. After this time, booked services cannot be reduced or refunded.

Absolutely. Bridal party previews are available for an additional charge and are perfect for anyone who would like to try their makeup before the wedding day.

If you need to cancel, please let me know via email as soon as possible. Your booking fee is non-refundable, and cancellation charges may apply depending on how close your wedding date is. Full details can be found in my Terms of Service.

Yes! Individual or half lashes are included where suitable to complement your bridal look naturally.

The best makeup starts with healthy skin. I recommend keeping your skin hydrated, following your usual skincare routine and arriving with a clean, moisturised face. I'll send full preparation advice before your preview and wedding day.

Yes, I am fully insured and qualified in professional bridal makeup.

In the extremely unlikely event that I'm unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, I'll do everything I can to arrange a trusted replacement artist. If this isn't possible, any payments made towards your makeup services (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded.
